Senator Therriault, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page 452. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 4(STA) was adopted, read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage. Senators Cowdery, Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on the resolution.
